The Center OC Presents Connecting Communications
The Center OC will be holding a six-week practice group for those that would like to commit to being fully present and authentic in their self-expressing beginning on Saturday morning in February.
The Connecting Communications practice group is based on the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, author of Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life. Connecting Communications is about creating more closeness with others and ourselves by clearly communicating what we would like. The group will be facilitated by David Esch, a journalist and teach living in Orange County, who would enjoy a world where people naturally reveal their hearts.
There is no cost to participate, however donations are appreciated to help support The Center OC.
